On March 8th, we gathered to announce our petition calling for member elections at Dhamma Dena, and on April 13th, we delivered that petition with 241 signatures to the board, asking for their response by April 26th. We asked the board to share a clear timeline with the Dhamma Dena mailing list for implementing governance changes and member elections, along with their plan for how they will involve the community in working out the details of the changes.

On Sunday, May 17th, we will meet again to discuss the board’s response, and to lay out next steps. Join us in supporting a diverse future at Dhamma Dena.
